Abstract for Online Program Book (maximum 150 words)
In this hands-on, voices engaged workshop, join Music that Makes Community Executive Director, C. Onyx Li and Dr. Becca Whitla, from St. Andrew’s College, Saskatoon for a time of singing and theological reflection.
As we have seen at the anti-ICE protests in Minnesota and Chicago, and in many other actions of resistance around the world, song can be a powerful part of protest, helping to hold a community together, to maintain morale, to communicate with others, and much more.
